  1. Updates AP costs for Infrastructure repairs are now pro-rata, based on the amount of repair needed. For example, if you would normally repair 60 points of damage and the Infrastructure only needs 20 points of repair, you will only use 5 AP, not 15. Pro-rata AP costs are rounded up, and cannot be less than 1. Defence System damage is now properly displayed on the Battle Info screen. Note that battles occuring prior to v1.4.1 did not have Defence System damage seperately counted, so these battles will still include this damage in the overall Ground Damage pool. Repair Infrastructure now shows the most damaged infrastructure at the top to make urgent repairs more accessible. Increased the maximum AP to 200. Improved the way Uprisings are handled on the Battle Info screen, including a more contextually-relevant outcome description (Secured for defeated uprisings, Liberated for successful ones). When searching for job vacancies, companies with active alerts for missing RM or insufficient currency will be automatically hidden. Job offers for these companies will become available again as soon as the CEO resolves the alerts. Your available currency is now updated automatically along with other vital stats in the UI. Bug Fixes Fixed some outdated CSS causing some text to be unreadable. Fixed organizations using outdated 50 item inventory limit when trying to withdraw items. War Room no longer shows a deploy button for every battle after the first battle with a valid deploy button. Fixed bugged entries appearing in citizen patriotism lists. Removed outdated Presidential Address feature from the UI. Wars in Foreign Affairs office are now correctly listed as 'declared on/by' rather than 'offered to/by'. Fixed an ancient bug causing diplomatic treaties to never end. NPC happiness is now correctly reset when an NPC moves. Fixed several UI issues on the Battle Info screen relating to NPC damage. Added missing Discord webhooks for regular (non-uprising) battles. View full release

  2. from the picture I see the deployment button for all battles is active(clickable) they should only be active for the battles that are available for deploy from the country in which I am currently in, if I try to press a button in one of them for deploy I have been sent to one of the battles in which my country is involved

  3. I can't take items from storage in organisation when I have 50 items in inventory and couldn't take more when I had less and that would lead to exceeding 50 items. I think it's just not updated change in inventory space.

  4. Updates Job vacancies are no longer removed when the company runs out of resources or money. Health cost for gathering resources is now equal to the productivity target for the resource. This makes rare resources more in line with higher tier manufacturing goods. Employment widget on the dashboard now shows some additional information about your recent shifts (in the last 7 days). Note that all information shown here relates only to the company you currently work for. NPC's unable to meet their needs will now generate Unrest in their region. Unrest temporarily offsets a regions Appeal, making other NPC's less likely to move there until the Unrest dies down. Unrest decays by 25% of its current value each day. This system may be further balanced in future updates. The number of NPCs in a region are now listed when moving a company, to empower CEOs to make more educated decisions about their company location. Updated Appeal ratings for all infrastructure. The chance of an NPC uprising is now related to the level of Unrest in the region. The closer a regions Unrest score to the size of its NPC population, the more likely an uprising is to occur. Unrest is reset to 0 whenever an Uprising is triggered (either by an NPC or player). NPCs with the Militant or Patriotic traits will now attempt to move to participate in battles involving their citizenship nation. NPC jobs will now be removed if the NPC has not worked for at least 7 days to reduce unnecessary clutter in the CEO manager. This does not affect NPC productivity, it simply removes the link between the NPC and the company (which in almost all cases, was no longer a valid link anyway). Alerts in the 'Companies Needing Attention' widget now link directly to the relevant company. State Companies Needing Attention now have their very own dashboard widget, visible to the President, Vice President, and Industry Minister. Bug Fixes Only display the last twenty-five workers on the CEO page to stop long load times / excessive scrolling. Attempting to buy more resources than are listed, or than your company can afford, now results in the buy order being adjusted (so you will still buy the stock that is available/affordable instead of generating an error message). Fixed a bug preventing a region's Appeal from updating once it had been initially set. Appeal is now properly recalculated each day for all regions. Fixed an intermittent bug causing pages to sometimes fail to render (white screen bug). View full release

  5. to clarify my point is (for gathering) 1pp -1 health 2pp -2 health 3pp -3 health and so on p.s sometimes I think it's better to try speak Japanese or Hungarian better than trying to explain something in English, maybe I write with an accent

  6. they do not need a prime minister, they are just 51 states of US , quote from an Australian: ''our government does not have a backbone, they just whatever the United States says'' I will not write his name because there is a great 'democracy' in the United States and he could end up in the Russian Federation seeking political asylum just like Edward Snowden

  7. I don't think so, we still have this NAP, also there is no way to manually cancel it.

  8. Generate avatars randomly for the NPC's, with something like this: https://getavataaars.com/?accessoriesType=Prescription01&avatarStyle=Transparent&topType=WinterHat2 Perhaps you know a good api, or maybe we could access this or similar free sites through php? What do you think?

  9. Sometimes it fires right after one ended, need checking (yesterday we had a battle at Zakarpattia, right after it ended, another one started)

  10. In Zakarpattia the Ukrainian infrastructures reached 1% before the last battle yesterday (5% they lose at each battle). After yesterday's, they've reached 0% but still there.

  11. The next update will likely be sometime early/mid October, and will bring us to v1.5. This will feature some big updates to NPC's, including an all new political system. Some of the changes will need to be implemented a week or two before the main update, and I'll post further details about these once they're live.

  14. It's good that you don't have to recreate the job offers endlessly, but somehow it should be indicated for people if a company doesn't have resources/currency, so they don't have to do it by trial and error!

  15. What I mean is that for instance here is the last South Island RW stat This just looks like a regular battle, and shows the region is conquered by us, but in fact it was an RW, and the region was already ours. So perhaps instead of "Battle for XXX" show "Uprising in XXX" Instead of "Conquered at ..." show "Uprising quelled at..." etc.

  19. I do have plans to rework infra display on the dashboard pretty significantly, they just fell to the side since they weren't written down anywhere.

  20. Currently we have Work Skills, Military skills, and Sports skills, each with their own scale, growth and quirks. Implement a more streamlined skill system backed by more unified systems. Expand/rework skills names and roles to give citizens (and NPCs) a more 'RPG' feel.

  21. Imagine them like booster packs you could buy. Here is an example for a service: auto move to battles. Say you could buy service points, 1VBX for 10 pts. You could use the service points on any available services your country can offer (could be researched and/or upkept by the country) If your country researched the auto move to battles services and activated it, then you could simply turn it on on your profile (obviously we'd need to make something ui wise) If it's active for your citizen, then when you click on a battle, you'd be moved automatically and deployed, given that you have enough travel solutions with you. So basically services could be like helper features, making certain things easier/faster in the game. I think it could be easily introduced into our system, using mostly existing things.

  22. Battle for Upper Normandy launched by Ironman (USA CP), but was logged as Bulgaria attacking.

  23. Thanks darki, not sure why Ironman said he'd launched it but you're right, its definitely a valid Bulgarian attack. Battle has been fixed back to Bulgaria control.

  24. How about making it possible to set the happiness/health points balance it gives straight from the panel? I imagine a slider would be both cool and practical, say .5 steps. It'd be much more useful, ie. I can't be bothered to go to the settings and change it, but if its just a click, it could come handy.

  26. Look how long the page is, it keeps loading for 10-15 seconds before I can do anything, perhaps showing the last X would suffice (maybe put in a log button where you could load the detailed list or something if you want to?)

  27. Updates Added new dynamic hover cards for NPC's and Players. These cards will appear whenever you hover over an NPC or Player name/avater, showing more detailed information about the NPC/Player. Added a new Traits system for NPC's. Traits can provide a bonus/penalty to NPC actions, unlock or restrict NPC actions, or influence how an NPC votes (in a future update). This update adds up to three randomly assigned traits to each NPC. Bug Fixes Fixed VBX being listed twice in the Deposit Currency widget. Fixed active wars appearing as 'Proposed Treaties' in the Foreign Affairs office. Fixed a bug preventing NPC's from doing damage in battles, despite successful attacks. Fixed an issue causing Invision emails to be classified as spam. View full release

  28. I think it already does this when you buy from the main RM market, I probably just goofed when I added the quick buy panels. Will get it added there too

  29. Defence Systems are affected by their integrity (so at 50%, they're providing 500k for example). This damage will now be logged as a new 'Defence System' battle action, so it should be more identifiable both in the battlefield events log, and in the after-battle stats page. I'll need to tweak the display as we get live battles involving Defence Systems, so it probably wont look great right away.

  32. That sounds way better, I'd prefer tabs or divs or whatever over the drop-down though (I think?)
    1 point
  33. I like the idea, but I'm not sure how well it'd work as a tooltip. Maybe we could redo the UI here a bit further: Replace the buttons with either a drop-down or tabs Have a div where the buttons current are, let's call it 'action-area' When you click a tab / pick from the drop-down, use ajax to populate 'action-area' with more details relevant to that action The action-area content could include not only FA needed, but other contextual things: options to buy additional tank/jet hits without having to leave battlefield Weapon/Armour tier selection for infantry Medicine tier selection for medics possibly with popup widgets to buy ammo/meds similar to the new RM buying from CEO? I think it's also worth translating "available actions" directly to "AP to spend" to unify things a bit more.

  34. Naaaah, I don't consider him political, he does offensive jokes like many standup comedians before his time (and what better to joke about than the sensitive left nowadays??? :DDD). Take some of them for example: George Carlin, Lenny Bruce, and the list goes on. Many of these comedians were harrassed and even jailed for their "offensive words". I feel very strongly against this new type of "sensitivity", where you can't say an offensive thing to someone coz it'll be considered a crime soon... In other words I care less about the jokes themselves, than the statements they make (which I admit can be absolutely subjective too) if that's understandable.

  35. To picture it here is the current layout: First what you can see is that if your nation has a lot of infras, (which is inevitable at a certain point) then it becomes hard to see and manage their repair. I was thinking that it could be much more compact and sortable/categorizeable. Like somehow the different types of infras could be separated from each other, as there is an importance order. Sorting would be especially handy, by the repairs needed(this one is obvious, I wanna repair the infra with the least integrity)/countries (say I wanna repair the Hungarian bases first)/type of infra(ie. I need to repair the infras needed for battles, or the military bases etc.) And by compact I mean how we display them, now one infra is one line, essentially taking up so much space. As with the other one I wrote not too long ago (Current staff list - CEO), perhaps a grid system would be good here too. The image of the infra along with the three already existing properties (name, region, repairs needed) could be displayed in a very small space, so you could see many more at once, making it not only easier to get an overall picture, but to do the actual repairs quickly and efficiently.

  36. NPC Purchases was an easy fix actually, so the 100 minimum should be applied universally now.
    1 point
  37. Now only the affected tier vacancies will be removed. I haven't added anything to change tier, since the player can easily choose to do this manually and company managers can have different pay rates for different tiers.

  38. If you only want to employ 3 humans (without considering NPC's), you'd just set 3 job vacancies like normal and set the NPC shift cap to whatever. If you ONLY want to employ 3 humans (and no NPC's), you'd list 3 job vacancies like normal, and set the "max NPC shifts" to 0.

  39. I personally use Edge without any issues. Chrome/Chromium based browsers should also be fine. In the past we've had some peculiar issues with Opera/Firefox. But, things should work with any web browser, if not then that's something I need to fix.

  40. it will be good to have part of this message visible on the page when someone tries to log in or when he sees a blank page
    1 point
  41. Hmm, looks like that isn't enabled by default in Firefox, so probably not usable. I'll look into alternatives for the current dialog popups though. There's still IMO too much chaos with all the alerts, popups, notifications etc.
    1 point
  42. It's because there is nothing to scroll down, so the browser removes the vertical scroll bar. The modal is part of the normal page flow, one trick could be to make the modal as tall as the page below it, but this is messy coz you'd have to create transparent parts if you don't wan't it to cover the whole page. What I was thinking of is the new html dialog element, what if we tried to use that? Maybe it would do the same, but maybe it wouldn't affect the page behind it. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/dialog
