Web browser issues

I get the message ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED when I try to play on my tablet or smartphone. I've tried many ways to solve the problem, and finally, the only way I've had to keep playing was with Data Saving Mode. For a reason I don't know the web browsers don't give me that message with Data Saving Mode, and that's the only way I've had to get back to playing. The moment I change the settimgs of the browsers, I get the message again and I can't play. I don't know whether that eventually will happen with Data Saving Mode as well, but having to change the settings everytime is a bit annoying.

If there's something you could do to help me, I'd really appreciate it.

Which browser are you using? And does this only happen with play.vnations.net or with the forums also?

As somewhat of a workaround, you could also try beta.vnations.net, though as the name suggests this is where changes are initially tested, so some things may break (more than normal)
