    Pending = We have not yet reviewed the report.

    Unconfirmed = We have acknowledged the submission but have not yet confirmed whether or not the bug exists.

    Confirmed = We've reviewed the bug report and found the source of the error. Fix imminent.

    Fixed = The issue has been fixed and/or implemented and should be pushed live shortly if it hasn't been already.

    Closed = Reports that we cannot reproduce or need more information. In this case just add a comment and we will review it again.

     

    Disable any custom modifications to your browser, clear cache and cookies, and perform necessary updates before submitting a bug.

Cannot view and accept trade offers

I have received a trade offer a week ago, and whenever I went to view and accept it, I only get a blank white page instead. Although I have noticed today  that the trade offer button on citizen page has disappeared completely. Is this until it is fixed or permanently gone? Thanks.

the button ''trade'' is here but only appears when you and the person you are exchanging with are in the same country

Right. Anyhow, the issue itself remains. This has been observed when trading with someone located in the same country as I (and both being its citizens as well).

It's working for me though @annonymious
Try it in your browser without any extensions (incognito/private mode disables all addons), perhaps an extension -like an ad or js blocker- interferes.

Is that you sending an offer to someone else? Because that works for me as well, it's me receiving an offer from someone and trying to view&accept it, which is the issue here. And I have tried it in two different browsers. It's really just  a blank page, this is the while HTML of the page in that case:

Edit: I have sent you a trade offer now, of 1 PTE (just so there's something in the offer). Try to view and accept it.

There was a bug that was preventing that page from loading, which should be fixed now. Are you now able to accept the trade offer correctly?
