Forgot to check in here...
So, I mean in that specific case, if you look at the scrollbar, it's like a hundred pages long vertically, because when I logged in I had more than 600 alerts due to the NPC's actions. The problem is, that if I had an important alert, I'd have to scroll all the way down and check thoroughly, to spot one.

Instead the "New" column, perhaps we could have some different ones, like "Personal", "Company", "Whatever".
Then if there is a new alert it always gets on top, plus the unread alerts could be shown with a different css, ie. bold, background lighter etc.

I've removed the NPC-took-a-job alert entirely, it's way way too spammy.

Better display of new alerts is definitely needed though. Also in that example, they'd all be both "new" and "company" alerts. It might've been worth adding an NPC category, but I think it's better just removing the spam. NPC's will still trigger low power / RM / cash alerts, but I think these should still be Company alerts.

Yeah, perhaps in the company manager when you look at a company, it could have it's own notification box where you could see separately the human/npc characters actions, like taking a job, or producing something etc.?

So it turns out, I'd actually disabled all of the non-NPC CEO alerts, in favour of a new dashboard widget. Finished this widget off tonight, so once companies start to report issues, they should be relayed directly on the dashboard until the issues are resolved.
