Low population/empty country boost

To keep countries livable even with very low population, we could introduce some automation. The countries could generate a certain amount of basic stuff, posting it to the market only if there are no human products, I'm thinking of T1 food, ticket, basic weapons and such (so lets say you are the only person in the country, you can still get a job, travel and fight, and train your skills).

For the jobs, create some basic companies for each country, with some basic jobs open.

I'm not sure on this one. I can see the benefit, but typically it takes a fair bit to make a nation functional. Even if you can work and travel, there's a lot you're missing out on trying to solo a nation.
