More streamlined work process

While thinking about the ceo side of things I tend to forget about work.
Since I have a ton of companies I sometimes don't work for long periods (although nowadays that's out of the question, my good npc bots are sucking up everything I make 🙂, for which I'm glad before you misunderstood me). And when I do I realize the pain of it.
When you work somewhere and the company doesn't have this or that, you are fucked. You can either wait some time and come back, hoping that the owner fix it, or look for another job.

Say you go with the latter.
First you resign, for which you need to reload the dashboard.
Then you go to the job market through the menu, where you see the offers. you click the first one, then you go to the dashboard again to work.
You start working but after the first shift is done, it says the company is out of materials, you are back to square one.

You resign, menu, job market, etc.

It's not only tedious, it can be really frustrating :))

What I think could work is some kind of planned way to do it, thinking about every step how you'd do it in the game.

So something like:
you click work, there is no material.
there has to be a button right there to be able to resign
when you click resign, it shows you a popup question if you want to see the job offers, and if you want to automatically see the offers when you get unemployed from next time (aka remember setting)
if you click no or you click outside the popup it's gone.
If you click show me the offers, then another popup comes up, showing you the job offers page. notice that everything is on the same page, no reload waiting times, no menus.
If you click remember, then next time when you get unemployed, this popup comes up automatically, no matter what page you are on.
Like a push, if you are getting fired while you are online, it would come up instantly.

There you accept the new job, then maybe a reload if needed, where you could instantly click the work button again.

Also, Idk if this is possible without extra stress to the server, but it would be like heaven for workers to know how many shifts they could work in a company with it's current stocks.
Like based on my production stats, if I were to work in the company right now, how many shifts I could work.

I can imagine this in two ways, one is that to simply show the exact (or roughly exact 🙂) number next to it's name, after all we already show how much money I'd make.

The other is to show it with some kind of symbol, like show an icon, representing the stockpile of the company. if I could do 1-5 shifts show this icon in say purple. If I could do  5-10, then it's deep blue. etc etc. and if I could do say 50+ then show bright green.
Or whatever values, you get me. Or instead of icons, you could call them low / medium / high

Power is the same thing. It's important to know when you choose a company to work for, if it uses power or not. So you could show the power reserves of it in the same way, and also if it buys power automatically from the market, in this case you could show an endless sign ∞ next to the actual value
And lastly the currency reserves of a company are just as important.
Again the same way, either numbers or symbols.

Everything based and calculated from your current stats.

And last-lastly when all these info are shown, sorting the job offers could be changed in a way so that when it happens it takes these into account, not only the profit you make.
