Alliance shared chat

In the morning I got a message from Dirty to ask the US something, then when I got to discord I realised I could only write to global, which is obviously a no go if you want to do some diplomacy.

What would really workd if we could integrate sharing the country's own channel (perhaps a dedicated one, maybe every nation could have two channels, one for the country, one for the government).

For example, if Hungary has an alliance with the US, selected officials from both countries would be able to see the other's channel.
In case of other pacts (non agression etc.) it could be optional, ie. a single tickbox in the foreign affairs page, if you tick it for a country, they get access to your chat.
