Leaderboard

Commendations are only awarded for battles where both sides accumulate at least 1 million points of damage (to prevent easily using training wars to grind commendations). Recent battles have not reached this threshold, so no commendations would be awarded for them. Will leave the ticket open to double check when there's a battle meeting the threshold, but I suspect this is actually working.
